Construction Project Management at Mykonos
QPROJECT was assigned the Construction Management of a Project in Elia area, in Mykonos Island on behalf of our customer. The project concerned the construction of a two-level villa, with cave sections and an outdoor pool, and the Company’s role was to secure the interests of our customer, who is the owner of the property. The presence of the Company was continuous throughout the construction period, in order to ensure the cooperation of all the involved parties (contractors, designers, manufacturers, suppliers) and the reporting to our customer. Our company ensured the timely and the optimal artistic, technical and economic integration of the project, according to the opinions and instructions of our customer.
