QPROJECT has experience in both small and large-scale projects. Our company designed and implemented with complete success the construction of a 1,500 sq.m. Office Facility on behalf of a natural-resource-management company based in Athens. Our first priority was the static reinforcement of the existing building, as well as its extension.

Then we proceeded with the internal configuration, namely office space partitions, ceilings and walls, installation of air conditioners and central ventilation system, roof change, and the customized furniture. Interventions were completed with the landscaping and construction of the parking area.

Our challenges were numerous. We aimed at taking full advantage of daylight in the offices and creating perfect heating and cooling efficiency, adequate storage space, reliable telephone and electrical connections. Such a project is being “tested” on a daily basis, by the staff that lives and works in it. Therefore, it is a great pleasure to receive only positive feedback from them!
