QProject completed the reconstruction of the new Office and Logistic Center of Pharmacy295 in Alimos, the largest and most recognizable E-shop of cosmetics and parapharmaceutical products in Greece.

The reconstruction of the 3-storey building, totaling 2,000m2, was based on the Architecture and Electromechanical Study developed by QProject.

In order to cover the growing production volume and needs of the company, the first two floors now host the warehouse and product- management departments, totaling 1200m2.

The obvious elements of electromechanical installations (electrical cable trays and lighting) highlight the "industrial" design combined with the dark and light shades of masonry and flooring.

The office premises were built on the third floor, covering 600m2, dominated by the intense colors (blue, green, orange) that characterize and highlight every room separately. In the reception area, at the entrance of the 2nd floor, the reception desks, as well as the specially designed libraries, impress any visitor.

An innovative element is the creation of a 20m2 gym on the first floor for the needs of the staff, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, the “roof chamber” was converted into a modern and useful guest apartment (with Bedroom, WC and Kitchenette).
