Office premises of the company «GEMMA»
QProject completed the renovation of the new offices of GEMMA S.A. in Thrakomakedones, Attica, with a total area of 500 m2.
Architectural interventions, as well as modifications of electromechanical installations, based on the new requirements of the offices, were the main objects of the renovation.
The inadequate maintenance of the property for several years, made absolutely necessary the replacement of the mechanical equipment, as well as the restoration of the external components by either insulation or restoration of coatings.
All the works were implemented without the interruption of the company’s operation.
