Qproject has completed the renovation of the new Bayer Hellas Offices, with a total area of 1200 sq.m. in Maroussi. The project concerns the radical reconstruction of the fourth floor of a corporate building.

Our collaboration with the renowned Tsolakis Architects has resulted in the creation of a modern and bioclimatically neutral office space incorporating advanced technologies.

The offices feature flexible workspaces, abundant natural light, and green areas, fostering a sense of harmony and vitality. Moreover, the use of sustainable materials, energy-efficient systems and smart technologies ensures responsible use of resources, further reducing the building’s environmental impact of the building.

Our company completed this demanding project in a period of less than four months, delivering a functional space, that promotes the productivity, cooperation and well-being of the employees.
