The transformation of an apartment into an office, requires both design creativity and technical ability. QPROJECT completed such a project, renovating an apartment in Cholargos, in order to house its headquarters.

We improved the electromechanical installations to meet the new increased needs. On the floor, we chose cast- cement, a material that is easily applied and maintained. It is also quick and effective way to cover old tiles; therefore we also used it in the restrooms.
We replaced walls between the different rooms with glass surfaces. This enables natural light to reach all areas, while it improves the sense of teamwork and cooperation.
